I'm thinking of doing one where these two groups of students play prank-wars with each other (but they get really serious, like expulsions for cheating, etc.), except no one knows who runs each side as a leader. Investigators are brought in to hunt them down before a mass protest against testing can be done, but one of the leaders is a genius and pretty much toys with the guys the whole time.
